SuperGrans Tairawhiti

SuperGrans is an amazing organisation at the best of times, but their ability to support families in tough times has truly come to the fore during the Covid-19 crisis. Our region has been hard hit with the downturn in forestry kicking in early, before the Covid-19 crisis really hit the rest of the country. SuperGrans have delivered innumerable food parcels, rallied the community to contribute where possible, cooked meals and sauces and done anything and everything that they can to help. SuperGrans are definitely my Food (SUPER) Hero.
