Jackie Lee Morrison

Jackie coordinated the Pandemic Pack in Wellington - A group of 15 local eateries impacted by COVID-19. She started by organising a cookbook with recipes from each establishment which was sold to the public as a pay-what-you-can type deal. When we moved to level 3 she began a food delivery service where people could order meals from all of the Pandemic Pack in one place. Overall the work Jackie did for the Pack earned each establishment over $1000 to help with the extra expenses over the lockdown. She managed all the social media, marketing and coordination while still running her own business, Lashings. She's a Wellington heroine!
